MyEskom Customer 2.0.5

This app offers self-service features to Eskom customers, such as account management, billing, and meter reading functionality. The MyEskom Customer App is an official product of Eskom Holdings SOC Limited.

With this app, Eskom customers can:

• View their electricity account(s)
• Access the following information for a selected account:
• • Account balance
  • Last bill details: billing date, payments received, adjustments, monthly charges
  • Account details: name, postal address, email
  • Premise details: premise description, premise ID, service point ID, pole number
  • Bill delivery method
• Submit meter readings for their account
• Add remarks when unable to read the meter
• Request updates to their customer details
• Change bill delivery method to email
• Access useful links to credit card payment providers
• Submit basic queries

Please note that prepaid vending is not available through this app. You cannot purchase prepaid tokens using this App.
